Every Acquisition BC’s Rental Protection Fund Is Facilitating

After introducing the Rental Protection Fund, it aims to preserve affordable housing in British Columbia by funding non-profits to acquire existing rental buildings. With an initial $500M pool, the goal is to acquire 2,000 units. 306 units have been acquired so far, totaling $74M in funding.
